How do I place an order?

Placing your order at artemaro.com is very simple, once you find the product that you like the most, you can click on the purchase button and follow the steps.

If you want to review the details of the product, you can go to the product and you will find all the description of it, or you can write to us and we will gladly help you.

Where is my order?

If you placed an order more than 3 days ago and want to know the status of your order, send us a message via WhatsApp at +521-33-1441-2542 or an email at pedidos@artemaro.com. Please include your name, order number and someone from our team will contact you shortly, to give you all the information you need.

What payment methods are accepted?

At Artemaro we accept payments by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), we also accept payments through PayPal.

Are my card payments safe?

At Artemaro we are concerned about your security and peace of mind, that is why we use the latest technology to ensure that all your data will be protected, through the SSL certificate, where your data is protected by a prestigious company, for which none of our staff will have access to your bank details.

How can I return a product?

Returns can be made within 5 days of receiving the item, you must request it by email to devoluciones@artemaro.com attaching why you would like to return it.

If the return is due to an error by Artemaro, such as an incorrect order or a defect in the product, we will send you a shipping guide so that you can print it, paste it and return the product.

If the shipment is not due to any error but it is simply not an error but in the end you decide not to keep the item, all expenses will be borne by you, we suggest you ask us for a guide to access special rates or send it by the parcel of your choice or deliver it to our offices, we recommend you insure the merchandise.

In how much time will my request be delivered?

Orders normally take 3 to 5 business days as long as they are in the stock section, on some occasions it may take a little longer due to parcels or if you are in an extended area.

Existence of the products.
There are some products that are made to order and may take the manufacturing time stipulated in said product, plus the 5 business days mentioned, but we will always maintain a very personalized attention.

If the order were to take longer than the expected time, we will always let you know.

Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel any order already made, since it was sent to the shipping center, but send us a message via WhatsApp at +521-33-1441-2542 to see if we can cancel it, if the delivery has not been made to any parcel company .

What parcel do you ship with?

We handle agreements with different parcels depending on your area such as DHL, FedEx, Redpack. If the shipment leaves our warehouses and is local, it will be made through the Artemaro parcel service)

What if I entered an incorrect address?

Do not worry, if the shipment has not been made we can cancel the order, so we ask you to send us a message at +521-33-1441-2542 via WhatsApp to make the change of address.

If the shipment has already been made, unfortunately we will not be able to do anything, we will try to issue the cancellation with the parcel so that the delivery is not made and the item is returned. Possibly have a redelivery charge, to be able to change the address, if it were the case, you will have to cover the additional fee. If we manage that the parcel does not charge us, the order will be sent to the new requested address.
